Order Processing

All packages ship from the BCKR warehouse in Austin, Texas. We ship Monday through Friday except on major holidays and when there are disruptions. We try to process all orders within one business day of receiving them, but we’re a small team and it may take slightly longer during busy times. We try to get orders placed before 12PM CT out the same day. It may take a day or two after processing to start receiving tracking updates.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: free for all products.
• Express shipping:
  • $99 and under: $15
  • $100+: $25

Reshipping / Freight Forwarders

We do not allow shipping via freight forwarders or re-shippers.  

Lost Shipments

BCKR is not liable for shipments lost in transit. If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package.
