We issue store credit in the form of gift cards. To check the amount on the card, click the link in the gift card email you received when it was issued. If you have any questions, send us an email and we'll get you sorted out.

Contact us regarding tax exempt orders. We will review your documentation and if you are approved we will update your account to tax exempt status.

We don't want to cancel orders and will do everything we can to avoid cancellations. The most common reasons orders are cancelled include:

• The product is out of stock
• There was a problem with processing your payment
• The purchase was flagged as a violation of our sales policies, which don't allow bulk purchases or freight forwarding.

If you feel like we made a mistake or would like to discuss the cancellation, please email us.

No, an account is not required to place an order. At checkout, we only need your email and payment details to process your order and send status updates. However, if you’d like easy access to your order history and faster checkout, creating an account will be helpful.

Every purchase of an officially licensed BCKR product supports your team financially in multiple ways. First, a percentage of sales are paid to the teams in exchange for the rights to use their logos and other branding on our products and in our marketing. In addition, BCKR commits 10% of sales for every purchase on bckr.com to programs that support your team, school, or your school's student-athletes. Visit your team's page to learn more about the specific group that receives this contribution for your team.

We hope you’ll love your BCKR gear and we stand behind everything we make. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

In case something does not work out, we have a free 30 day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason so long as they are returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of mustard and face paint stains). Your original form of payment will be credited with the refund.

To start a return, you can either do it yourself online or email us. When we process your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we cannot. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

BCKR products are built with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to ensure they’ll stand up to the harshest environments a fan can endure. We guarantee the quality of every BCKR product.

If a BCKR product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair or replacement, at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, or you starting a fight with an entire visitor section. They’re jackets and hats, not plate armor.

We don't have a formal repair service, but we'll work with you to see what we can do to get you back in the game. Send an email.

Our baseline commitment is five business days from our receipt of the products, but we'll do everything possible to turn it around ASAP.

BCKR products are made with elite technical materials that are common in the premium outdoor apparel market (skiing, climbing, hunting, fishing, etc), but uncommon in team-branded gear. While many officially licensed products apply team colors and logos to products that they already sell for everyday use, all of BCKR's products were designed from the ground up specifically with the needs of sports fans in mind.

Heck yeah! BCKR products may cost more than other team-branded gear, but that's because they are built from higher quality materials. BCKR products are made from the same kinds of technical materials and construction that you would find in top outdoor brands. BCKR products are built to last and built to stand up to harsh conditions.

We limit our distribution to our website and a very select group of retailers, so if you see BCKR products on a suspicious looking website, your instincts are probably right and it may not be legit. We do not sell authentic BCKR products on Amazon.

When in doubt, send us a note and we can verify whether the site is an authorized seller of BCKR gear.

Please don't send us any unsolicited and unpatented product ideas that you hope to sell or license to us. We are always working on new products and would hate for you to think we used your idea if we happen to release something similar. Then the lawyers would get involved and it would get messy.

If you have patent protection on your idea and want to send it to us for consideration, send an email that explains your idea and what you have protected.

If you just want us to make your idea and you waive any rights of ownership of the concept and payment of any kind, you can also submit us an email. By submitting your idea, you acknowledge that you waive any rights of ownership of the product or idea beyond those rights you have obtained through your own legal protection.

We use the best quality materials the technical outerwear industry has to offer, from elite brands like Toray®, Primaloft®, YKK®, and brrr°®.

All of our materials are specified to be completely free of PFAS "forever chemicals," but our lawyers tell us to say "No known use of PFAS" because we're told there's a chance that some small amount of particulate material could settle on the product somewhere in the manufacturing process. We hate PFAS, though, and intentionally selected materials that don't use them.

You can find product fit information on the Size Guide on the product pages. The Size Guide includes a chart with body measurements and the corresponding product sizes.

One additional note on sizing: the BCKR Dry One Waterproof Coat is intentionally sized slightly larger than the other jackets to allow for layering. If you would like a more form-fitting waterproof coat, you should consider going one size smaller for that particular garment.

There's a chance that what you're looking for is available at a retail partner. Send an email and we will do what we can to help you track one down.

If every unit of the item you're looking for is gone-gone, we may be able to look ahead in our product plans to let you know if a color is going to be re-released in a future drop. Again, reach out via helpplease@bckr.com and we'll tell you everything we know.

Our jacket sizes run from extra small to 3XL. So, if the child in question can wear an adult extra small, then…kinda? Do you think we should offer youth, toddler, or infant sizes? Send us an email.

While the women on and around our team are comfortable in our current jackets, they are cut in "unisex" or more traditionally men's fits. However, our product development roadmap includes plans to introduce a women's line with the same premium materials and approach as our current line.
