Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your BCKR gear and we stand behind everything we make. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

In case something does not work out, we have a free 30 day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason so long as they are returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of mustard and face paint stains). Your original form of payment will be credited with the refund. 

Processing a Return

You have two options for a return: you can start your return online, or you can email us for our white glove customer service. 

If you email us, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase, which will make it easier to process your return and get you your refund faster. We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We can’t accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

You can always contact us with any questions related to returns. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we figure out what happened and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, orders exceeding the 30-day window, items marked as Final Sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have then make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
