WELCOME TO BCKR. IT’S PRONOUNCED “BACKER,” LIKE A LOYAL SUPPORTER.
We created this company to make better fan gear — a lot better. Unlike cheaply made (but not cheap) merch, BCKR gear is built with innovative materials that stand up to the heat, rain, and cold. We’ve designed every product with details you’ll appreciate both in the stadium and further afield. Because we believe your team jacket should also be the best jacket you own.
We love sporting the colors on game day. And standing tall for the team. Our loyalty is legendary, as is our ability to suffer. The bathroom lines. The TV timeouts. The twelve dollar beers. We can handle that. What we’re done messing with is shoddy fan gear. The kind that leaves you soaked, seared, or frozen like a leg of lamb. We want you happy in a heatwave. Warm in a whiteout. Or dry in a downpour. We want you in the game. We might not be able to control the weather. Or carry you to victory. But rest assured, BCKR will always have your back.
BCKR IS A BAND OF MISFITS, CONTRARIANS, AND GAME-CHANGERS who also happen to be my friends. We’re gearheads and design nerds and have STRONG OPINIONS about plays that happened twenty years ago. We have no corporate overlords. We fill every order ourselves from our Austin HQ and include a hand-written thank you note in every package (and sometimes an extra little surprise too). We don’t think much about robots or AI because they don’t care about sports or wear jackets. We know a lot about making great gear that’s built to last. We started BCKR because we wanted better fan gear and believed there were a lot of other people out there who feel the same way. Like you.
